What is this store's return and exchange policy?
If you receive your product damaged or it is not to your satisfaction, you may return it two weeks within it's arrival to receive a refund for the price of the product. No exchanges are allowed, and due to the one of a kind nature of Lu & Ed products, we cannot offer a replicate of a product.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

How long will it take to receive my order?
I ship domestic orders first class, which usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. I typically ship all orders within 2-3 days of purchase date, so you should receive your order about one week from date of purchase.
International orders ship first class or priority, depending on weight, and can take 1-12 weeks depending on location and efficiency of postal service.
What if anything else is wrong with my order?
Please contact me immediately via email (email@example.com) with any questions or issues regarding your order and I will try my best to get it sorted out for you! :)
However, Lu & Ed can not be held liable for packages that are stolen, lost or damaged during shipping though. If you would like to purchase insurance on your package please add that in notes to seller so I can ad that for you! :)
How can I place a custom Mon-stor order?
Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about availability of custom orders. I accept a limited number of custom orders each month. If your custom order is accepted, it may take up to two weeks for completion. Please plan timing accordingly when placing orders for gifts, because I work in a first paid, first made production line and cannot promise your order to be completed sooner than two weeks from purchase, though I try my best to work through custom orders quickly.
