Thanks for supporting Lu & Ed, a zero waste sustainable toy company ran by a single mama!

Each one of these monster toys are handmade from textile discards that I source either through salvage centers, thrift stores or direct donations. Annually, I divert almost a ton (a literal ton) of textiles from landfills. Saving the world - one monster at a time!

Due to the upcycled nature of the items I create, that means they are all one of a kind - as unique and special as the tiny human who adopts them!

And that's awesome! But... That also means I cannot recreate any monsters that are lost or damaged in the post.

As such, I only except like new, unused Lu & Ed product returns for refunds. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once these cute, sweet little monsters leave my hands to head off to their new forever home, I unfortunately cannot love and care for them anymore and can't ensure they will arrive safely. I wish I could!

If a package is lost or missing, buyers must follow the mail service protocol for filing a claim. If a product is damaged in transit, I cannot accept a return or issue a refund, it will be up to the post office to compensate for damages.

To file a claim with your mailing service, please keep your shipping email confirmation as it will have the proof of purchase & tracking numbers on it. If you lose these, I can resend them to you for correspondence with the postal service.

Repairs:

I offer free repairs on monsters that become damaged from normal wear and tear that comes with being loved daily by their best tiny human friends. You simply ship the wounded monster to me and I'll check them into the monster hospital, mend them up and send them back! However, I don't do free repairs for dog or cat attacks on monsters, excessive pulling or hanging from Mon-stors, exceeding the weight limit for Mon-stor storage, or other severe damages that are not the result of regular wear and tear over time. I can do these repairs for a fee determined by the severity of the damages on a case by case basis.
